This afternoon we loaded up the matrix with kids and dogs and headed over to the Victory/White Oak dog park. It was our first outing as a family there and possibly our last - at least until the kiddos get bigger. Emma LOVES dogs. She is not afraid of any dog - even the scary looking giant ones - they tend to be the biggest teddy bears! The reason we may have to take a hiatus at this point is Emma really - I trust the other dogs, it is her actions with them and their response that made us a bit leery and got us out of there quickly. Combine that with Apollo knowing his mission in life is to be my gargoyle, let's just say my blood pressure was a bit higher than its usual 110 over 60.
Daddy cooked dinner for us tonight - a yummy Chicken marsala... We enjoyed it outside in our backyard and when finished, Emma decided we were going to have a 'sleepover' in her mini-tent tonight. She summoned Daddy, Ben and the dogs to join her and the result was the following series of pics. Notice the more Apollo made his way into the tent, Ben got pushed out!
