Farm day!

Despite crawling the walls a few days this week because of the rain, we had some nice out and abouts. Our favorite was to the "Cornell Cooperative Farm" of Suffolk County. I am always in search of a good "free" thing to do so when our preschool friend invited us to tag along we were excited to join in!

This place is a monstrous working farm - fields were full of growing yumminess, farm animals everywhere, and lots of "equipment" for the kids to pretend on. We saw tons of piglets suckling on Mama, baby chicks galore, lots of baby goats, and cows, and horses, and turkeys, and peacocks, and even a llama or two - because what farm doesn't have a llama wandering around...
