Santa Parade

Our little Village hosts the local "Santa Parade" every year the Saturday after Thanksgiving. It was only 42˚ this year, but the sun was shining and we ran into so many of our best friends and had a blast. It was enough of a good time to inspire us to go out and purchase an actual tree this year even though we will be in Florida for the holiday. The kids "helped" decorate it - well Emma helped - when Ben came across the snow globes all helping stopped and he has literally not put them down for four days now, even sleeps with the little one!! We love the finished product - love it even more that it sits on our dining room table and we eat by the lights of the tree, its so relaxing and Benjamin actually sits quietly while he (doesn't) eat instead of whining the whole time that "I don't like it."
